Ever felt those slight moments when every single daily effort begins to make sense and you are sure everything was worth it? These are the moments that inspired the conception of VIC. Drawn by the Charmat method using Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this sparkling wine reflect the essence of the Bellavista Estate Terroir. Its fragrant liveliness and freshness instigate us to taste the simplicity of life through our senses.

Selection of bunches;

Press filling with whole red bunches by gravity;

Direct pressing in pneumatic press with 50% performance in must;

Static cold must clarification;

First alcoholic leavening at 13°C a 15°C in stainless steel tank;

Base wine preserving in stainless steel tank for 30 days with sequenced bâtonnage;

Second alcoholic leavening for approximately 30 days in autoclave, Charmat method with temperature control at 13°C a 15°C;

Tartaric cold stabilization followed by filtration;

Isobaric bottling.


Visual Analysis:
Crystal clear, pale yellow color with greenish reflections, elegant and fine continuous perlage.

Scent Analysis:
This singular cut harmonizes with an intriguing sensorial diversity of citric notes, tropical fruits and berries. Amongst the most pronounced aromatic standards there are: pineapple, pear and cassis.

Taste Analysis:
Extremely young and balanced sparkling wine with good volume and refreshing acidity.

Service and Harmonization

Excellent as an appetizer, harmonizes perfectly with white meat, salads, sushi and light cheeses.

Serving temperature:
Ideal temperature at 6°C to 8°C.
